Cecilia is a pair of cuffs with a braided edge of icords and can be worked with either cables or rib for the rest of the cuff.
Schoppel wolle zauberball will be very nice for these cuffs with the shading colors.

The cuffs are easy to knit, just follow the cartoon illustrated instruction. There will be a few ends to weave in but take a cup of tea and your favorite radio show and they will be done quick.
