Celebration Leaves!
Link at the end of the Pattern Notes below takes you to the blog post where you can also directly download the .pdf off-Ravlery.
I was taken by the classic leaf lace pattern when I first learned it, and later on, when I started making an afghan for my step-dad, I wanted to incorporate some sampler squares, and I knew I wanted to make one of them using leaf lace.
Bobbles and yarnovers placed to resemble trumpets proclaiming a celebration of nature combine with the leaves to create: Celebration Leaves!
Written instructions are in English, and there is also a full quarter-chart (oxymoron?), so you can customize your knitting experience to suit your preference for instructions.
I made the chart in a free program called Chet. It’s a free crochet-and-knitting chart-making program that has an editor where you can create custom symbols.
