Today is the 10th of June and therefore a Festive Day. It commemorates the Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities as well as celebrating the death of Camões in 1580. In addition, it is also a dedication to the Angel Custódio of Portugal, the Portuguese Language, the citizens and the Armed Forces.
That’s why this day is a that of celebration and the reason why I chose the name Celebration for these socks. Hope you like the final product, which I’ll leave as a mystery, so you’ll have to knit it if you want to find out how it looks.

Hoje é o dia 10 de Junho e por isso dia de Festa. O Dia de Portugal, de Camões e das Comunidades Portuguesas celebre a morte de Camões em 1580. Alem disso, também é uma dedicação ao Anjo Custódio de Portugal, da Lingua Portuguesa, dos cidadãos e das Forças Armadas.
Por isso este dia é um dia de celebração e por isso a escolha do nome das meias. Espero que gosto dos produto final, qual deixo como mistério para que tenham que a tricotar para saber como vai ficar.
