This is a crochet pattern for a 16 pointed star with texture detail and a lovely bobble and twizzle tassel border.

The blanket can be made to any size you want, the pattern gives suggestions for a small snuggly blanket which will be perfect for a small baby cover or car seat cover of small crib. Or a larger blanket for a baby shawl, cot cover etc. There are also additional rows given if you want to make the blanket bigger for adult use.

The star is quite simple to crochet and there are lots of pictures showing all the details of the first rows and how to do the edging.
