This scarf is comprised of a plaited cable flanked by twists. The dense braid makes for a very warm winter scarf. The cables are done every 4 rows. They are not complicated and the pattern is easily memorized. A simple cable pattern with dramatic effects. 2 skeins of Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride worsted weight yarn will yield a scarf that is about 54” long by 6 1/4 “ wide (unblocked). A cable or double pointed needle is also required.
