Inspired by a charm on my husband’s necklace and made for my Son, Phoenix. Now my husband wants a pair like it in green.

Any sock yarn will work. You could reverse the plain yarn for the background with the handpainted yarn for the colourwork.

These socks are easily sized by simply adding, or subtracting rows to the length in chart work and making sure to pick up at the right row after the heel.
