Celtic Hoodie
Celtic Hoodie is a generously sized hoodie to be worn as an outer layer over your clothing - to throw on on a cold day instead of a jacket.
The intricate cable patterns resemble the intertwined patterns found in the beautiful ancient stonework of the Celts.
It‘s a bottom up sweater knit in pieces, with set-in-sleeves, and seamed. The shoulders are joined with a 3-Needle Bind Off. The exception is the knitted-on hood. For that stitches are picked up at the neck opening. Short rows form the lower part that is integrated in the neckline, later to be in increased and decreased again to form the hood shape. The top of the hood is then joined with a 3-Needle Bind Off again.
Also available as a Cowl here.
