Details about this pattern:

Cemara means pine tree in the language of my homeland. You can find plenty of pine cones in this design. It is a half-circle shaped shawl worked from the bottom up with optional beads.

Finished measurements:
Wingspan: 43 ¼ (52 ¾, 64 ½)“ / 110 (134,164) cm
Length at center back: 17 (22, 27 ½)” / 43 (56, 70) cm

Suggested yarn:
400 (600, 800) yd / 365 (548, 731) m fingering weight yarn.

Size 3 US / 3.25 mm circular needle, 24” / 60 cm long
Size 4 US / 3.5 mm circular needle, 24” / 60 cm long
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions:
Tapestry needle, blocking pins, size 14 US / 0.75 mm steel crochet hook for beads (optional), 72 (126, 207) size 6/0
glass seed beads (optional).

Gauge:
22 sts and 32 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Stockinette st using size 4 US / 3.5 mm needles, after blocking.
