Or size to obtain gauge. Choose a needle size 0.5 mm larger, than the needle needed for Brim, for Cast On.

GAUGE
22 sts × 50 rnds = 4” 10 cm
Measured over double brioche stitch in the round using Brim needle, after gentle blocking.
40 sts × 27 rnds = 4” 10 cm

NOTES
The beanie starts with the double brioche brim, then to the cabled body, and ending with crown decreases. The beanie is reversible. It’s not necessary to block, but if blocking is preferred, block gently and do not stretch the piece.
