Chains Beanie
The distinctive patterning of this unisex beanie features textured cables in the brim that follow up into colourwork ‘cables’ for the remainder of the beanie.
It is knitted in rounds from the bottom edge up.
The cable pattern on the brim is set into a garter stitch background.
The remainder of the beanie (except for the crown) is worked in stranded colourwork.
Both patterns are worked over a 12-stitch pattern repeat and can be worked from the charts or the written instructions.
This beanie requires intermediate knitting skills.
Special thanks to:
Marian Borges & Lachlan Robb for modelling, and
Linda for sample knitting.
