Chakra Wrap
This crochet pattern for intermediate till advanced crocheter, 13 pages PDF Download. The file is in English, US crochet terms.
The Chakra Wrap is the perfect shawl for any season! In Sanskrit, chakra means wheel or circle, and the mini mandalas inspired by chakras are the eyecatcher of this design. The simple stitches of the body on both sides of the mandalas give the wrap an open airy look. Keep yourself warm with this wrap!
Finished size
The size of your finished shawl will depend on the yarn and hook you use, and on your personal gauge. My shawl is approx. 200cm/80” wide across and approx. 56cm/22.5” high. The shawl can be modified by adjusting the number of rows in the repeat section without decreasing or working two decreases in one row.
Pattern notes:
The Chakra shawl is made in three parts:
- the colored chakra mini mandalas joined together in the middle of the shawl,
- the main body part is made on both sides on the chakra mini mandalas,
- the border.
