Meditation and yoga are part of my everyday life and I can see the benefits on my body and mind. Yoga is a very mindful practice, being present in every breath and every move. Calming my mind but still feeling energetic and constructive afterwards.
This pattern shows the colours of chakras, the energy centres in our bodies

The pillow/tapestry is made using overlay mosaic crochet technique . If you are making the pillow, the back panels are made using traditional crochet.
It contains digital charts, mosaic crochet explanation, advice on how to read the chart, photos, full written instructions and assembly instructions.
This pattern is made using diagonal stitches but if you prefer not to use them, the pattern contains chart and full written instructions for both options.
The actual digital chart is 75 stitches by 76 rows = pillow/tapestry size cca 40 x 40cm.

Each chart can be used to make the pillow, wall hanging/tapestry, a bag, anything you like…Your creativity has no boundaries and I would love to see what you
make!

You will need at least two contrasting colours to make this pattern. I have used DK / 8 ply yarn. Black yarn and seven rainbow colours for charkas.
For a pillow: 2 x 100g balls of black yarn, 7 x 10g of each colour
For a tapestry: 1x 100g balls of black yarn, 7 x 10g of each colour
100g = approx 280m
