Construction overview
The ESPIGA Vest is knitted bottom-up. It starts with the creation of 2 pieces of 2x2 ribbing for the lower side openings, which are then joined in the round. From here to the armhole, follow chart D1 in the round to knit the body. Then, divide the stitches into two sections and work the front and back following chart D1 back and forth. Finally, add rounds for the shoulders and seam using the three-needle bind-off method.

Sizing range
The Espiga Vest is available in the following sizes:
XS-S, M-L, XL-2XL, and 3XL-4XL.

Bust circumferences:
74-84, 97-104, 114-125, 134-145 cm.

Width:
40, 50, 60, 70 cm

Length:
50 or 70 cm according to your preference.

Positive ease:
Depends on the ratio between the width of the piece and your chest circumference.

Gauge
24 sts x 54 rows = 16 x 25 cm following Chart D1

Recommended needles:
Circular needles: 4.5 mm (60 cm cable)

Resumen de la construcción
El Chaleco ESPIGA se teje de abajo a arriba. Comienza con la creación de 2 piezas de punto elástico 2x2 para las aperturas laterales inferiores, que luego se unen en circular. Desde aquí hasta la sisa, se sigue el diagrama D1 en circular para tejer el cuerpo. Luego, dividir los puntos en dos secciones y trabajar el delantero y el trasero siguiendo el diagrama D1 de ida y vuelta. Finalmente, añadir las vueltas para los hombros y confeccionar las costuras utilizando el método de cierre de 3 agujas.

XS-S, M-L, XL-2XL y 3XL-4XL.
