This pattern is part of the WOOL - Issue #1 -Vests for Babies and Toddlers Book. Five basic vest styles are given for both DK and Worsted weight yarns. Each of these five basic styles is written in 6 sizes.

Challenging Cables is a fun knit for advanced knitters. The charted cable pattern is centered into one of the basic round neck decrease patterns, and extra stitches are added as fillers on both ends.
This pattern can be knit in any of the six basic sizes in the boook.

Yarn Requirements are approximate and will depend on the final gauge. I encourage to try a DK weight yarn for this pattern.

0-3 months - 100 grams
6 months - 100 grams
12 months - 150 grams
18 months - 150 grams
24 months - 200 grams
36 months - 250 grams

Needle Size will vary between 4.5-5 mm. depending on gauge
