Chambers Street
This oversized sweater is worked in pieces from the bottom up. It has side slits at the bottom hem and dropped shoulders. The sweater is worked in sport weight yarn at a looser than called for gauge to give the piece a lovely drape. It is meant to be worn with 3-5” of positive ease.
The model’s bust measurement is 35”. She is wearing the 40” size. When selecting color placement, consider your body proportions. The model has broad shoulders and narrow hips, for her placing the brighter color on the bottom and the darker color on the top helps to balance her proportions. For narrow shoulders, and broader hips, consider reversing the color positions.
Working this sweater in pieces adds structure to the over-sized fit, and loose gauge.
