Instructions for 2 versions of the bag are included. One bag uses metal rings to connect the handle to the bag, while the other one has a fabric handle. If making the fabric handle version, some sewing machine experience is required.

Measurements: 12 inches / 30 cm wide, 14 inches / 35 cm high (NOT including handles)
