Chamerion Hat
The hat is worked in the round with three solid colors. You start with ribbed knitting and then ribbed knitting in combination with cable. Then you start with color work, 2 colors at the time. When color work is finished you work a few rounds ribbed knitting with cables and then start to cable the rest of the hat with one color.

Circumference 57 cm (22 ½”)
Length 24 cm (9 ½”)
The size can be adjusted with ticker or thinner yarn or you can change the size of the needles.
Materials:
Fingering/4ply (14 wpi)
MC: 40 grams/153meters/168 yards.
CC1: 20 grams/77 meters/84yards
CC2: 10 grams/38meters/42 yards.
If you want to use a different yarn, use a yarn with corresponding meters and/or gauge to get the measurement as described.
Gauge in stranded knitting:
28 stitches x 36 row = 10 x 10 cm (10”).
Gauge in cable:
36 stitches x 48 row = 10 x 10 cm.
Tools:
Circular 2.5 mm/ (US 1 or 2), 40 cm (16”).
5 DPNs 2.5 mm/ (US 1 or 2).
1 stitch marker.
