  • The Chantal Mittens are worked in the round in a slip stitch pattern, starting at the cuff. After shaping the thumb gusset with increases, the thumb stitches are placed on hold, and the hand is worked straight. The pattern includes two variations: fingerless mitts and classic mittens, each finished with tailored shaping. The thumb is completed last, ensuring a snug and polished fit.

Sizes:
S / M / L / XL

Size guide:
The Chantal Mittens have a slim fit and are designed without positive ease. The sizes S / M / L / XL are designed to fit a hand circumference of 15-16 / 17-18 / 19-20 / 21-22 cm 6-6¼ / 6¾-7 / 7½-7¾ / 8¼-8½ in.

Before you begin, measure your hand to determine the right size. For example, if your hand circumference is 17 cm 6¾ in, you should knit size M. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size to avoid excessive stretching during wear.
