Chantelle
The meaning of the name Chantelle is to sing, to express yourself joyously and creatively.
Chantelle is a fairly simple square with clusters in the centre and fans of picot trebles around a square.
A light and airy vibe, this versatile square can be used as a 6 inch square if you stop at round 6, or a 12 inch square, as shown below.
If you haven’t already checked it out, take a look at my tutorial Perfect Picots, it takes the fiddle out of them, and gives you perfect picots every time.
12” square
Aran/worsted yarn 5.5mm hook.
Approx. 125m/135yds.
10” square
Double knitting yarn 4mm hook.
Approx. 95m/105yds
