The Chantilly Cardigan is romance you can wear.

Knit with a mohair/sheep wool fiber, with minimal shaping, this pattern was knit with a beginner in mind.

The three body panels (back, front x2) are worked flat. The sleeve is worked in the round. All pieces are then seamed together using the mattress stitch.

There are three sizes available:
No. 1 (xs/s) - Bust 42”, Length 23”
No. 2 (m/l) - Bust 49”, Length 23.5”
No. 3 (xl/2xl) - Bust 56”, Length 24”
Note: this pattern is meant to be worn oversized but this is totally optional! This is your piece to wear as you please!
A sizing tip is to measure a cardigan you own that you love the fit of and use that measurement when deciding which size to knit.

Needles:
US 11/8.0mm.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Note: The sleeve is worked in the round. You can use 24” circular needles with the Magic Loop Method, or double pointed needles. You can also switch to a 16” circular needle, if desired, when you have enough stitches on your needles.

Suggested Fiber:
Wool & The Gang - Take Care Mohair (109 yds 100m/50g).
Size No. 1 (xs/s) uses 6 skeins (654 yds 600m/300g).
Size No. 2 (m/l) uses 7 skeins (700 yds 700m/350g).
Size No. 3 (xl/l) uses 8 skeins (800 yds 800m/400g).
