I designed this hat after getting a request from my best friend AnnaKarin. She wanted a hat with a bit of a classy look and a touch of the 20’s. I wanted the hat to look like it would suit the Charleston dancers from the 20’s visiting Scandinavia.

The hat has a rolled edge and four reverse stockinette stripes gathered with a band. It ends with a swirl on the top of the head.

The sample is knitted in Rowan Felted Tweed DK held double. If your LYS carry Rowan Felted Tweed Aran that will work perfectly using a single strand!
