Materials

All weights are approximate and will vary depending on the brand of yarn you choose and how tightly you crochet.

For Charley the chick, made in plush, I used:
Yarn art dolce baby

For the smaller Charley the chick I used
Yarn art jeans

You can use any colours/brand or weight of yarn for this pattern.
Plush yellow 25g
Yarnart Jeans 10g
Small amount of white for the outline of the eyes
Small amount of orange for the beak
Safety eyes 8mm for plush chick
Safety eyes 5 or 6mm for small chick
Toy stuffing

Terminology/ Abbreviations

This pattern uses US terms

ch = chain stitch
sc = single crochet
inc = increase 2 stitches in one stitch
dec = Decrease. (crochet 2 stitches together)
FLO = work in the front loop only
BLO = work in the back loop only
