You’re a good man Charlie Brown!

Inspired by the chevron pattern in Charlie Brown’s sweater, and updated to fit modern style, Charlie B. is a great first fair isle project. The hat features a square corner decrease as well, giving it a unique fit. You’ll have enough yarn left over to knit a hat in reverse colors, or add a giant pompom to the top! This hat fits children to adults and can easily be knit up over the weekend.

21 inch circumference

216 yards of bulky weight yarn, 108 yards each for main color and contrasting color
US size 9-16” circular needles
US size 10-16” circular needles

Gauge:
16 stitches=4” in Stockinette Stitch
