Charlie Bonnet
This bonnet is knitted in one piece, from front to back, starting with back & forth knitting, then joined and worked in the round, with the back closed by switching to double point needles.
The stitch used is a “feather” style cable, which is charted, with twisted rib edging. Straps are added by picking up stitches and working an i-cord.
Yarn required DK 50g x 1 (1, 2, 2 ) balls.
We have also designed dungarees leggings and cardigan to match this bonnet.
Please message or email us if you have any questions or suggestions.
