This pattern is recommended for confident beginners.

The cardigan is worked from the bottom up, with the body worked in one piece, back and forth, then divided at the armholes for fronts and back to be worked separately.
The raglan sleeves worked flat and sewn in afterwards.

Cuffs and collar are worked in twisted rib, with button bands worked with body in garter stitch.

The feather cable stitch pattern is charted.

DK yarn required, 50g balls 3 (3, 4, 5, 6, 6)

Needles:
3.50mm & 4.00mm plus cable needle.

We’ve also designed a pattern for dungarees leggings and bonnet to match this cardigan.
