  • The Charlie Pullover is worked from the top down, beginning with the collar. Short rows are used to achieve a perfect fit for the back and neckline. The front and back are worked separately. Stitches are then picked up along the front edge and knitted in double knitting. Subsequently, the front and back are joined, and knitting continues in the round. Lastly, stitches are picked up around the armholes to work the sleeves in the round.

  • The striped sweater in the photo is knitted in Cashmere Classic by Cardiff Cashmere in the col. Panna 599 and Futon col.700

  • The solid version of the garment is knitted in Merino by Knitting for Olive col.BORDEAUX held together with Soft Silk Mohair by Knitting for Olive col.BORDEAUX

Sizes:
XS / S / M / L / XL / 2XL / 3XL
The Charlie Pullover is designed to have approximately 10-15 cm 4-6 inches of positive ease with slightly reduced ease in larger sizes, to ensure a more comfortable fit. This means the garment’s measurements will be approximately 10-15 cm 4-6 inches larger than your actual bust circumference.

The sizes XS / S / M / L / XL / 2XL / 3XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 80-85 / 85-90 / 90-95 / 95-100 / 100-110 /110-120 / 120-130 cm 31½-33½ / 33½-35½ / 35½-37½ / 37½-39½ / 39½-43¼ / 43¼-47¼ / 47¼-51¼ in.

Before you begin, measure yourself to choose the right size. For example, if your bust circumference is 90 cm 35½ in, you should knit a size M. If you are between sizes, choose your size based on how loose you prefer the sweater to fit. Using the diagram with the finished garment measurements as a reference can be helpful when deciding which size to select.
