This pattern is for my adorable Charmander and includes detailed instructions for making him. He is approx. 7.5 x 9” with I Love this Cotton yarn.

I strive to make all of my patterns as easy to understand as possible, so there are lots of helpful pictures included! This pattern is worked from bottom to head in one piece. The legs, arms, eyes, tail, and tummy/tail piece are easily sewn on at the end.

Materials Needed:

Size E (3.5) hook
I Love This Cotton yarn in Yellow (Curry), Orange (Glowing), Black, White, and Green (Sage) (for the eyes)
Size E hook (3.5mm)
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends
Scissors
Stitch Marker
Stuffing

Gauge: With an E hook 9sc and 8 rows= 2.2”

Abbreviations:
Ch: chain
Slst: slip stitch
Sc: single crochet
Scdec: single crochet decrease
Hdc: half double crochet
MC: magic circle
(): repeat same stitches
Bobble- (Insert hook, yarn over and pull through, yarn over and pull through 2 loops) repeat x 4. Yarn over pull through remaining loops. 1 bobble made.
