This pattern expects that the reader has a basic understanding of crocheting amigurumi.

Measurements
Charmander will be about 10 cm (4 inches) heigh. The size can be changed a bit by using a smaller or thicker thread and corresponding hook.

Materials

• Approximately 50g (or 100 meter) orange yarn, worsted weight.
• Approximately 10g (or 20 meter) white/cream colored yarn, worsted weight.
• A little bit of yellow and red yarn for the flame on the tail.
• A little bit of black yarn to sew on the nostrils.
• 2x 8mm safety eyes.
• I use a steel crochet hook size 4mm (size D, 3 ¼ mm regular US hook).
• Stuffing, like 100% polyester fiberfill.
• Wool/Tapestry needle.
• Scissors
• Stitch markers
