The textures of the yarn create the look of the shawl here done with simple garter stitches. It starts out thought with staggered eyelet pattern. Easy right? Yes it is! It’s amazing how important a yarn can be and this one definitely shows that.

The pattern is fully written and also has a lace chart. The blocked size measures 46” in length and 15” in height.

Yarn
A single Lightly skein. Each one is arranged to order in seven changes of colors, textures and weights. The weights range from lace, fingering to sport weight. 238 yards a skein. Fibers are cotton, linen, rayon and combinations of them all light weight and only two ends to weave in available at Yarnz2GO.

Notions needed
US size 11 (8 mm) circular needle 32” (81 cm) in length.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge: 8 sts and 8 rows in 4” of garter stitch.

Techniques applied: Knitting, eyelets, stretchy bind off, weaving in ends and blocking.
