I was delighted to be approached by Catrin (CLoisH) to design a pair of socks to support her work with the breast cancer charity Treasure Chest. I wanted a simple design that would celebrate boobs in all shapes and sizes and remind everyone to regularly check yourself. So if you know what you are looking for you can see a row of boobies round your ankle but if not – it’s just a pretty lace design! Once you see them you can’t unsee them!

Here is Catrin’s story:
“I found a lump in my left breast mid November 2017. Fast forward to the 18th of January 2018 when I had a bilateral mastectomy as they’d found cancer in both breasts. Two weeks and two days later my mother died of breast cancer. The breast team and later on Treasure Chest helped me so much through this time.I didn’t realise at the time that Treasure Chest raised such vital funds for those going through breast cancer at Clan Clwyd Hospital.”

A portion of the proceeds of this pattern will go to Treasure Chest and other Uk Breast Cancer charities.

A little about Treasure Chest YGC,
“Treasure Chest YGC.
