This is a fun scarf to knit. The The Lana Grossa Colorissimo yarn is self-striping and the coloring is never exactly repeated. It will make you happy just wearing the scarf. The Checkerboard Lace Stitch Pattern gives texture to the scarf without detracting from the wonderful striping of the colors. The lace pattern is formed by yarn over increases and K2tog and SSK decreases. It is knit flat with US size 6 (4.0 mm) needles.
