Checkerwork DK Slouchy Hat
by Vexy
Do you have a skein of self-striping DK weight yarn?
Not sure what to make with it?
The Checkerwork DK Slouchy hat might just be the pattern for you!
Takes almost a full skein of WBFA DK weight yarn, and depending on the colourway, you can get some pretty fantastic striping/pooling action happening for some very happy looking hats.
Needles: Size 4 or 3.5 mm needles, please check your gauge before you start. You may want to use a smaller needle size for the brim.
Yarn: approx 270 yards
Gauge: 5st/inch
Notions: a stitch marker, scissors, yarn needle or crochet hook
NOTE: You will need approximately 4 stripes worth of yarn to do the decrease section.
