Here is an easy pattern for a cute baby blanket in pinks and gray. The Checks Please Baby Blanket pattern is easy enough for an experienced beginner.

The blanket is made with 3 colors of worsted weight (Size 4) yarn and a Size K crochet hook. The yarn used Caron Simply Soft in Soft Pink, Strawberry and Heather Gray. You will need 1 skein of each color.

The crochet stitches used are chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet and half-double crochet.

The finished blanket measures 30” wide by 34” long.
