Easter is fast approaching so a new egg cosy was on my needles to join the bunny and lamb I have previously made. This year it’s a cheeky chick who is joining the egg cosy gang. It’s a simple, quick make which is great for using up small amounts of yarn.

It makes a lovely gift with an egg cup and maybe a mini chocolate egg hidden inside. It would work well as a chocolate egg cover without the egg cup too.

One 50g ball of dk yarn should make 5 cosies.
