Pattern is written in American English crochet terms

Cheeky Monkey will be about 26 cm high from head to toe (17 cm when sitting) by 12 cm wide from ear to ear, if you use the yarn and hook as per the pattern. You can make it larger or smaller by adjusting the hook and yarn weight.

Skill Level: Easy / Intermediate
This pattern includes instructions supported by many photos.
You will need to know how to do:

• Stitches: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet;
• Increase & decrease
• Crochet in rounds

For this design I used Muskat Mercerised Cotton yarn from DROPS in following colours, but you can use any yarn and suitable size hook – the size of the finished item will change according to the yarn & hook used.
Main colour (I used Vanilla Yellow - Shade 30): just over 1.5 balls (or about 160m)
Off-White (Shade 08): about ½ ball (or about 45 metres)
Black (Shade 17): about 1 metre for facial details
