Cheerful Christmas Tree
Crochet this cheerful little Christmas tree for the holidays as a gift for a loved one! Although the stitches and basic pieces are beginner-friendly, a beginner may find the assembly to be a bit challenging. If you take time and have patience, you will be able to do it.
The tree starts with making the green triangles, and then the tree trunks are added. Next, an edging is added to allow the sides to be chain stitched together while it is stuffed. The final steps are adding the eyes and smile, the star, the silver garland, and the rosy cheeks.
NOTE: The directions call for the eyes and smile to be sewn on after the piece is assembled and stuffed. It is tricky to hide your knots and sewn ends into a finished piece. If you like, you can sew on the eyes and mouth before assembly.
