Spawned from my free cheeseburger scarf pattern, the cheeseburger granny square was born. This is an easy, colorful baby or child’s blanket and you can easily alter it to make it bigger by adding more squares and you could have a larger afghan. With all the girly owl granny squares out there, this one would be perfect for a little boy! Or a hungry little girl ;)

This baby blanket has 16 cheeseburger granny squares total that are joined together and a lovely, fluffy tomato and lettuce border is added. The full size of the blanket is 28 x 28 inches. Each square is approximately 6.5 x 6.5 inches.
