When made with size 4 yarn, the mouse is about 8.5” (21 cm) tall.

You can either use safety plastic eyes or follow the eye crochet directions that I describe in the pattern to make the toy safe for small children and environmentally friendly!

To make this pattern, you need to know basic crochet stitches (single crochet, double crochet, half-double crochet).

Materials needed
1) Worsted yarn in grey for body
2) Worsted yarn in yellow for cheese
3)Small amount of worsted yarn in beige for the cheese holes
4) Small amount of worsted yarn in pink for ears and nose
5) Black yarn to embroider eyes
