This is a PDF crochet pattern for boot cuffs or legwarmers in sizes from toddler all the way up to large adult (totally adjustable for custom measurements). Easy and fast to make! The pattern has a few different options, including one or two ruffles at the top and an optional bottom design. They can be made in a short or tall height, it’s all up to you.
