Chelsea Cloche revives the charm of the roaring twenties with a stylish cabled hat. This warm hat has a slightly fanned, low brim and bell shape body, with wide cable band circling the head.

Construction: The cable band is worked flat then edges are seamed together. Stitches are picked up along top edge of cable band then crown is worked in the round.  Stitches are then picked up along bottom edge cable band and brim is worked in the round.
