When my daughters friend and sister in law were both diagnosed with cancer earlier this year in their early 30s my daughter was devastated . She asked me if I could make her a couple of chemo hats as her friend in particular was so upset when she started to
loose her hair.

The sun flower I’ve used on this hat is a symbol of friendship but also in China people associate the beautiful sunflower with long life, good fortune and vitality. Basically all the things we wish on any cancer sufferer.
