Chequered Cowl

MATERIALS
2 50g balls of West Yorkshire Spinners Elements DK (pictured in golden sands) or other DK yarn
A pair of 3.75mm knitting needles
An additional 3.75mm knitting needle (for the three needle bind off
A tapestry needle
MEASUREMENTS
Length 24 inches
TENSION
22 stitches and 28 rows over 10cm square in stocking stitch
TECHNIQUES
Casting on, Casting off, garter stitch, knit and purl stitches and three needle bind off
