This is a set of four double-knitted potholders, which can be made in wool and felted, or knitted at a tighter gauge in cotton.

Gauge is less critical than density of the final fabric to ensure sufficient thickness for use.

Written instructions are included as a guide to using charts, but double-knitting pattern motif is provided in chart form only.

Approximately 50 yards of each color yarn is required to make one potholder.
