This cheerful cherry embellishment makes a lovely, bright addition to children’s clothing. I’ve also used it as a card topper. It could be attached to a brooch back and used as a pin badge on a school bag.

I’ve used Stylecraft Classique Cotton dk as the colours are lovely and bright, with a 3mm hook so that the stitches aren’t too loose. However the yarn and the tension aren’t critical.
