Rolled edges, ¾ sleeves, lace pattern, raglan.
It is an easy to follow pattern for intermediate knitters.
A quick description :
Open on one side, not circular.
Start from top and work down. Separate and work the sleeves , then front and back together.
Also you can work the whole thing circular.

Measurements without stretching:
Top to bottom : 19”, 48 cm
Underarm flat measurements , not around: 18”, 46 cm.
