Welcome to this beginner-friendly video tutorial for our Cherry Blossom Cat Headband/Collar. Thanks so much for watching and happy crocheting!
Materials:
- Yarn of your choice for blossoms (I used 2 weight cotton/acrylic blends)
- Yarn of your choice for band (I used bulky acrylic)
- Crochet hooks to suit your yarn (I used 2.5mm and 4mm)
- Darning needle(s)
- Scissors
- Measuring tape
Stitches/techniques:
- Making a magic ring (MR)
- Slip knot onto hook
- Making a chain
- Single crochet (SC)
- Slip stitch (Sl. st.)
- Half double crochet (HDC)
- Double crochet (DC)
- Triple crochet (TC)
- Simple sewing techniques for central strands
- Sewing parts together
IMPORTANT: These headbands/collars are intended to be stylish and fun for you and your cat. For their safety, please supervise your cat at all times while they are wearing this headband/collar or any other item that secures around the neck, or within which claws may become entangled.
