Cherry Blossoms Rebloomed
Springtime is here and the cherry blossoms are in their full splendor. We traveled around south Jersey today admiring all the trees. When I thought about naming this pattern guess what was fresh in my mind…can you see the resemblance? Well I may be stretching it a little but I hope this pattern will add some beauty to your day.
The nice combination of different types of stitches makes for an interesting display. If when you look at the chart and think it looks busy…well, it is. But not beyond a moderate amount of experience, jump in, give it a try….you’ll be pleased with your result.
Materials needed: #6, 4.00 mm knitting needles, 750 yds. sport weight yarn, cable needle and 1 marker. The pattern in entirely in both row by row written and charted instructions.
As always with projects like this, it’s easy to substitute different yarns and needles. So have some fun, dig into your stash and create!
