This is a pattern for a beginner level crochet baby blanket (baby afghan) made with Caron Cakes yarn in Cherry Chip color and a size H/8 (5 mm) hook. Finished size is approximately 38 by 33 inches. You will need two skeins of Caron Cakes.

Other worsted yarns can be used for this pattern too. The pattern can easily be adjusted to a different size (I included the multiple for the stitch in the pattern).
