Pattern is for tablecloth, dinner napkin and napkin envelope to sew and adorn with cross stitch cherries, stems and leaves, crocheted lace edging and fill-in motifs.
According to the pattern: Dinner napkin measures 21 3/4” square including lace border 1 1/4” deep. Napkin envelope is 12” long and 4 3/4” wide when finished. Required supplies: Cotton embroidery fabric, ecru required: 16 squares 12” x 12” for tablecloth; 1 square 20” x 20” for each napkin and piece 13” long by 10” wide for napkin envelope. Embroidery floss, red and green.
Crocheted edging for tablecloth consists of double crochet stitches, 2 double crochet bobble cluster stitches, chain stitches and single crochet stitches. Fill-in motif consists of chain stitches, single crochet stitches and back post single crochet stitches to make flower stand out.
