I really love this square pattern. It is textured and just lovely. This square is the first of a sampler series.

This pattern will make a beautiful afghan for just about anyone. Use light pastels for a baby, bright crayon colors for an adolescent, wild hot bright colors for a teenager, shades of purple for a woman or blues or greens or browns for a man.
